Luxury Short Stay Apartment

Lack of basis amenities (shower soap etc.) Sofa advertised to sleep 2 people, extremely small and only 1 pillow provided. We struggled to use it with 2 young kids, there is no way 2 adults could sleep on it. Its a shame as there is a lot of space in that room for a decent sofa bed.

Very friendly and efficient staff (moyata) before arrival. Comfortable bed

Whole flat needs some TLC. Kitchen not clean. Half eaten food in cupboards. Wet smelly towel on kitchen surface made whole flat smell bad on arrival. Cutlery and crockery not clean. Dirty splashes on walls in kitchen / lounge. Sofa dirty and shabby - needs replacing. Not well appointed as would be expected in a luxury apartment. Bathroom - shabby window and blind, surfaces smeared, toilet seat loose. Enternal entrance has broken glass door. Foyer area dirty and littered - shabby.

The apartment is very well equipped, with dishwasher, oven, four-ring stove, pots, pans, kettle, utensils and even a vacuum cleaner (which I did not use!). It is a short distance to the Hounslow Central metro station, on the Piccadilly line, which connects with Heathrow airport. The apartment is spacious.

Scalding hot water makes the taps too hot to handle. To exit the building, it is necessary to keep the big green button pressed for 5 seconds but there is no notice to this effect, which could be a vital piece of information in an emergency.

Der Gastgeber war telefonisch erreichbar und konnte uns den Schlüsselsafe sowie die Kombination durchgeben. Wir durften bereits mittags ins Appartement, das war sehr hilfreich und hat uns sehr gefreut. Unbedingt das Pub "moon under water" besuchen!

Die Couch war klein und alt. Für einige Tage und kleine Kinder ok - für Erwachsene definitiv nein.

was not cleaned on the day before we arrived they sent gentleman to clean after 15.00 . excuse was the cleaner has emergency and left in hurry ,we could not locate the key for the garage in the flat as was not there, as (per the communication on the phone we should have founded in the flat ) . after first night we were bitten by bed bug , sent message to indicate there is bed bug it was ignored. it is not Luxury flat only simple flat The carpet in the collidor outside the flat smells. the sofa bed and chairs of living room very old and need replacment . it Can not be used as bed. communication through messaging on booking .com very bad. we communicated better by the phone provided. we send message via booking .com night before checking out that we are leaving early and we will leave the keys in the flat. NO response until 10 am 1hr before check out time with instructions , which we did not recieve until after we have left. booking.com messaging is not reliable for good communication with the owner,better all by phone. we were contacted at 15.00 after checking out asking where were the keys ? as the new visitors are at the door and want to check in. we told them both keys are in the flat as we have reported to you the night before. No one has read the message. it seems the cleaner have not been to the flat after we left too . new visitors arrived at 15.00?? to look for the keys. So we were accussed of causing them loosing their customer and money to find accomodation for their new visitor and they have to change the box??? which I did not understand why you needto change box ? If you have just read the message we have sent you the night before......

I only liked the position close to the centre of Hounslow and the shopping centre.

I didn’t like that they provided only one towel per person. I told the staff, but they didn’t bring another one — having just one towel for 3 days is not normal. I also couldn’t find a hairdryer, and when I asked, they just told me to look in the flat withoutsay where. I searched but couldn’t find it, so I had to buy one. The extra bed, which is a sofa bed, is very small, and the mattress is uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, the window in the living room is too large, but only a small part of it opens, which makes it hard to get fresh air. The same issue is in the toilet — there is a window, but it doesn’t open, which is not ideal.
