Sterling Goa Varca

Think carefully before staying here. There is not one mention of apartments attached to this hotel where cars and bikes came and went all night. also these apartments were very noisy. One day we were unable to use the hotel as around 100 children were using the hotel for a function (cake making?). The music and noise were terrible. We complained to the manager and asked for a refund to cover the 2 days we had left and said we would move to another hotel but was told it would end by early evening. No notice was given and our day by the pool did not happen. We had a indulge room with balcony, but we had to leave our clothes in our cases as there were no draws to put things away.

The location was perfect for our trip.

The pool wasn't clean therefore we didn't get to use it.

Breakfast was average.

Property charged for the kids food which was very strange.

Breakfast was good as it had most of the options.

Gym needed improvement.

Poor Taxi services. Charging very high .. Not satisfied. It would be great if hotel had their own taxi services or allocated taxi drivers who charge by the meter.. thanks
