"Enjoyable experience with local restuarants and shacks being particularly good"

The Hotel was well situated and the facilities were ok . The staff were friendly and helpful

Not sure that the pool was particularly clean . Some breakfast choices took a long time to arrive

"Misrepresented Hotel. Ordinary guest house, nothing more."

1. Staff behaviour 2. Terrible food 3. No cutlery ! Just disposable spoons 4. Untrained poolside staff. 5. No response at reception post 11 pm 6. DEFINITELY NOT A FOUR STAR hotel as indicated in booking.com, will write to tourism ministry on misrepresentstion.

"Horrible experience"

No WiFi, billing is not updated properly even after I paid the total amount before checking in, had to submit all bills to show them, inspite of reminders rooms were not cleaned up, very pathetic experience

Good location peaceful environment

There is no proper communication among front desk staff.i told them that I would check out only by 2pm.Lady who was present failed to convey it to her colleagues.when I proactively called and informed that I would check out by 1pm they had no clue..
