On 10th May stayed at varca while check out double transaction done due to staff told me transaction not reflected in your system so I paid bill when I returned my home and check transaction status both transaction successfully done. I called on call many times sent statement but yet I didn't get my payment so sent urgent. Transaction date 10 May and 11 May2023

The rooms are nice and the pool side was good. The SPA was great. Food was good as to our like and taste. The breakfast was nice but did not have any continental stuff.Sajib from housekeeping was extremely helpful and efficient

We wanted to book taxi from airport to the resort and sent a email to them but we never got a response. First day was disaster. When we reached in the room Air conditioner was not working. We reported and were told that there was no gas in the compressor and they were filling it up. That took more than an hour. Went to take bath and the drain pipe was clogged and the bathroom was filled with water and again asked them to send some and we found that the drain was full of hair and they cleaned it up. At night we ordered food 2 dishes and when the food came it had only one dish and they forgot the second one. we asked them to take the food back and get both dishes warm. so first day was not good but after that it was ok.
