Staff were really welcoming, and helpful! Lots of space in the room

We were initially put in a room with two beds, even though we had asked for three beds. This was quickly changed

The most amazing homestay ever!! The family were so welcoming and went above and beyond what we expected. Rooms so clean and amazing breakfast. 10/10!!

Great place to stay. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, wifi works fast. The host makes the most out of it, she is so sweet and helpful, she made me a cute skirt, also helped me to find shoes and gave me a ride to the bus station. I felt very welcomed here. You’re 10minutes walk from the ancient city. The breakfast was good as well. There are plenty of restaurants 2min walk from the house, also shops.

Trinh was incredibly helpful! Do not get any clothes tailored until you have spoken to her!! She made us some beautiful clothes at great prices and helped us book tours for the best price we could find. So kind and friendly. Rooms are lovely and clean. Definitely recommend!!

Owner is friendly and can communicate English. She upgrades our room to the 6pax room for 4 of us with discount rate which is so much bigger and more comfortable for us to put our big luggage. She cooked breakfast for everyone which is nice and simple. Her banana pancake is so yummy! Location is also good. You can easily find food and mart every direction. The white rose restaurant is just nearby. It is a straight walking distance to the hoi an night market. The weather was windy and cooling, around 20-23c, so it was pleasant to walk around. Easy to get Grab to all tourist area. She can also help you arrange a tour or find transport for a cheaper price than grab. They provide disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. There is shampoo and soap as well. Towels, hairdryer and slippers are provided too. There is no kettle in the room to boil water, but you can ask hot drinking water from the owner and she will prepare it for you. No coffee and tea provided in the room too. Water bottle yes, there is a medium size fridge too. And nice big shelf to put your stuff.

Bed are queen size but a bit hard for me and pillow not the fluff type as well. But still can sleep once get used to it. My parents is ok with it. Water shower pressure is a bit low for hot water. If you shower cold water is stronger. Our room is upper floor, the staircase a bit narrow for huge bag. So just keep that in mind. Still manageable to carry it up. There might be mosquitoes around as well, so you can close the door and window to avoid that. But the night air is quite cooling during this month.

Really lovely stay. Perfect location, lovely owners and comfortable sleep. The owners even arranged an airport transfer for us for a fair price. We would stay here again if returning to Hoi An. Thank you for hosting us during your Tet holiday & happy new year!

2 pillows would’ve been nice but only very minor and would not impact me staying again.

Beautiful little oasis in the back streets, lovely, clean, quiet room with everything you need and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn't speak more highly!
