We only stayed one night. So, this is what we needed, nice, clean room. Good location, nice, friendly staff. We could leave our bags and go to Machu Picchu. Good value of money.

We liked the location. At point of booking, the room we were in was newly renovated, beds nice and firm so it supports your back, and the bed and bath linens were clean and crisp.

This place is not insulated at all- you’ll be very cold in winter weather and probably hot in summer. Bathroom isn’t closed up so pretty cold, and water is tibid at best. The stairs are quite difficult to get up and down due to how narrow and sharply turned they are. We were on the 5th floor- but we did get help getting our two bags up there. Thin/non sealed windows meant lots of noise which is kind of typical of locations right along the train tracks.
