Staff was super friendly and responded quickly

The bathroom had the worst smell coming from the sink, and it was super noisy as the windows did not close and a train passed by every couple of minutes

The receptionist guy is super nice and friendly, very helpful and kind with a smile on his face all the time.

The room smelled like rotten water and was very humid and gave me very bad allergies and sinuses

The staff was so friendly and location was perfect! Especially if hiking up to Machu Pichu

I wish they had options for breakfast instead of just bread and jam.

The hotel was fully open for anyone to come with lots of moments with the main door wide open and no one in the entrance. It felt quite unsafe in that regard. The location is terrible for noise but as is 90percent of Aguas calientes The fire alarms though ... Plural. Change those batteries!!!!!!!

I think the staff did the best they could and were friendly and helpful. They stored by bag for the final day when I was in Machu Picchu. The location is really good, right on the train tracks where the train arrives from Ollyatentambo. If you are getting last minute tickets for Machu Picchu this is a convenient spot. The room was clean.

Several things could easily have been fixed but are big problems. First there is a smoke alarm that beeps constantly all night on the third floor and makes it impossible to sleep. Second there is no soundproofing from the trains, and so this also makes sleep difficult. Lastly there is a lot of damp in the bathroom and on the walls of buildings facing the hotel. The shower never got hot at all (I had two freezing cold showers at different times of day) too.

Roupa de cama suja, chão sujo, banheiro tinha urina na área do chuveiro, até bolacha tinha no chão do quarto. Boa localização, mas faltou muito na questão de limpeza.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, o chuveiro é quente e estava tudo limpo e organizado, a localização é ótima também e o café da manhã super ok. Adoramos tudo.
