- super friendly staff who helped us with our luggage because our room was on 3rd floor - great location right in center of city - room was clean and amenities were good - breakfast was very good

- only drawback is it's right on the train line. Be prepared to be woken up with vibrations and train noise

Danny was amazing staff were super friendly. The room is good for 1 night. Leaving early in the morning the hotel provided a lunch bag. Which was unexpected. Location was great and it needs some upgrade. FRIENDLY STAFF

The location is quite nice. The place is amazing and the service from Daniel at the reception is great! I will be back for sure.

Maybe the hot water was running and it suddenly stopped, but immediately started heating again…

Actually I stayed 2days and when I leave 5:30 in the morning the staff gave a breakfast. And it is very close to the train station and town.

The property is conveniently located near the main market and main square and train station. The staff member who helped us was very kind, helped with our bags, and packed us an early lunch for our Machu Picchu trip.

There was a strong mildew/mold smell in our rooms that made it very difficult to sleep or be in the rooms. There was no ventilation or fans and windows couldn’t open also because of the mosquitos. The rooms and bathrooms are very small as well. Also it’s right on the train tracks, so if you’re a light sleeper, you will not be sleeping here at all. There’s a lot of train and people and dog sounds happening throughout the night.

Fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo proprietário. Camas extremamente confortáveis, chuveiro bom e quente. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Ótima localização e ótimo custo benefício.

Location was nice because it was a walking distance to everything, but that also has its flaws(loud)and staff

It was cold. But they give you extra blanket.It was right beside the train tracks, veryy loud, dogs barking all night, train horns.
