Nothing. The property on the booking.com page is not what’s on the ground . It’s a different location 20 Minutes from the KCC..

The dishonesty and falsification on location and actual building..

The location is amazing, the breakfast was good. The staff were great

breakfast was 2 slices of bread, and an egg would prefer if served hot, the location was very far from the Kigali convention center.

we were very disappointed when we got to the Villa, there was no swimming pool at all

C'était propre

L'hôtel n'est pas du tout situé à l'endroit indiqué sur l'annonce booking. Les portes font un bruit épouvantable et il n'y a pas de piscine

The make false advertisement. Room had a bed only. Was not cleaned, linen smelling sweat, towels dirty. We didn’t even have warm water to bath. The property owner never responded to our messages.
