"ok for a few nights stay"

Location is great. The space inside the condo unit was also good. clear instructions for the prospective renters and the owner is also very responsive for questions. rate is reasonable based on what you get.

The parking is tricky. we were asked to pay 400 pesos for an overnight parking without issuing receipt by the property guards. Some of the room going to the unit stinks although this is not the owners fault of course.

"Worth the money."

Checking in and out is so smooth. The place is so nice and clean. The location is great and very accessible. The view was stunning, my kids loved it. Felt like home. Free parking is challenging but you can opt for a pay parking for convenience.

There was no internet connection, we weren't able to use the t.v.

The facilities are good and its location is strategic.

The service. 1. Parking space. I was hoping I could reserve a parking space for our car but the lobby attendant told me to just arrange the space later but we ended up not having a parking space.

The property itself was clean and superb. Walking distance from Roxas night market and just several minutes away from malls and restos. Highly recommended. Also the owner really was super responsive to our queries every now and then. Will definitely book again soon and will recommend this place to friends as well.

We were on the 25th floor and I was kind of scared at first but nevertheless the view was fantastic.
