Desde fuera no se ve que es un hotel, nos cobraron las tarifas turísticas en efectivo y sin recibo y la televisión de la habitación solo va por Internet sin poder ver la televisión italiana ni ninguna

Stay away from this place!! I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property. Already three months before my arrival I requested a late check-in for 23:00, but the property consistently ignored my messages. Only yesterday, just as check-in time opened, I suddenly received a generic message claiming there was a €20 late check-in fee after 23:00. When we arrived, we were met by a very shady individual who refused to let us enter the room until we paid him €20 in cash. He insisted on cash only, refused to issue any receipt, and declined to let us speak to any manager or responsible person. He even threatened to throw us out if we did not comply. This policy was never mentioned anywhere on Booking.com and we had no choice but to pay in order not to spend the night in our car. The whole situation was extremely stressful and unpleasant. This is unacceptable behavior for any hospitality business.

Struttura sporca e al limite della fattiscenza. Si vede che è vecchia ma è maltenuta. C'è la TV ma non il cavo x i canali dell'antenna. Porta della stanza cigolante, bagno piccolo e senza bidet

Super nocleg, Pan pozwolił się wcześniej zameldować, w pokoju był Netflix i piękny balkon. Polecam!

La ubicación es lo unico que elegimos bien.Aunque la zona transmite inseguridad, no tuvimos ningún problema.

Todo era diferente a lo que contratamos habitacion diferente, zona de estar inexistente, cuarto de baño compartido, cuando indicaba que habia 2. Las fotos de la habitacion no tenian nada que ver con la realidad.y lo peor la convivencia de booking. Que.nunca atiendo nuestra reclamacion, aun teniendo conocimiento de ello.
