The room was great, and host was wonderful. Easy to find and short walk from station to travel in to Venice. Everything was as described and expected. Thanks for a smooth and comfortable stay.

The room was clean and in decent condition with a functioning AC.

Although the apartment is maintained well, the host is non responsive when we wanted to check about the process for a late check-in (Contacted a month in advance for the same). On arrival we were asked to pay a 20€ fee for the same and the staff was very insistent that this should not be shared with the owner. Seems like the staff are running a bit of a racket when it comes to this. The proximity to the station is good and is a short walk to get to the property.
