Mang tiếng là khách sạn 4 sao nhưng lại Không dọn phòng, không thay khăn hàng ngày, khách phải gọi để lấy khăn tắm, khăn lau. Phòng không có máy lạnh, đêm ngủ rất nóng. Tivi chập chờn ko mở được nhiều kênh. Rất thất vọng

La fenêtre sur glissière de la chambre ne se fermait pas, elle se rouvrait. La chambre etait sale, des boules de poussières dans les coins, des murs sales, une salle de bain vieillote et mal conçue.

Dårlig koordinering av ansatte, synes egentlig veldig synd på de som jobber der. La merke til de prøvde det de kunne, men mest sannsynlig under bemanning og alt gikk tregt. En så stor kjede som doidep burde gjøre det bedre..
