The location was nearby the night market. People at reception were very friendly, but not all staff could speak English.

To be honest, this hotel does not deserve being a 4 star hotel. We booked 2 familyrooms. The rooms are small and the walls are thin. You can hear all the noises from the hallway, neighbours. One of the room had by arrival a water leakage of the sink in the bathroom. The television was broken and needed service to repair it. The designer of the room had a great idea to place a fire sensor right above the beds. If you are light sensitive, you will be nonstop disturbed by the flashing green lights of the fire sensor during the night. In one room, the light of the ceiling fan was flashing on every 2 minutes. The two rooms did truly not give us a good night sleep during the stay. The bathroom is not, I repeat, safe for little childrens! It is very slippery even when dry. Our children have fallen several times in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was nothing special. We have tried it for 3 days, but the dishes lacked seasoning. The music in the background was on repeat with 'Last christmas....' and was also driving us crazy. Lastly, if you are traveling as a group with more than 7 people, taxi buses are not allowed to drive to the hotel location. Only 4 persons seater cars are allowed to drive to location. You need to walk a small distance to hotel if you go by a taxi bus(7+ seater).
