Sandals Lily Hotel

The location was great. It was walking distance to a lot of food options. The staff was very accommodating.

Breakfast choices are limited on weekdays, but that's understandable as most guests move out on Sundays. Thus, everything was made to order instead of buffet-style.

部屋は綺麗で清潔でした。一度トイレが詰まってしまったのですが、連絡するとすぐに清掃の方が駆けつけて綺麗にしてくれました。 バスタブがないのが個人的にはマイナス点でしたが、シャワーは真上からと、ホースがついていて手に持てる他にシャワーをセットするホルダーの角度を動かせるようになっており便利でした。 あとは、部屋の空調がエアコンではなく、海外によくある天井の照明にファンがついているタイプです。それでも十分涼しくなりますが、なにぶん真上から風が送られてくるので紙類などが飛んでしまいます。💦

In general it is a good place to stay in Dalat. Central location, quiet, clean comfortable room, excellent staff.

Our room was a bit small and needed updating. Breakfast was ok, but could be better.

Breakfast are not as describe ! as the hotel in the flowers city like Dalat but display all fake and silk flowers so ashame ! wont come back to this hotel

The overall appearance of the hotel was quite grand, and the location was definitely the selling point. We frequented the night market during our stay in Da Lat as it was only a short walk away. We were right next to a range of restaurants and food stalls (all of which were very delicious) Breakfast was quite great! We definitely enjoyed the Bun Bo Hue (the aunty (chef) was so cute and friendly, we kept coming back for more) The overall hotel room was quite nice and clean but definitely has room for improvement. The TV was also a smart TV so that was great! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful!

Could become an issue, but our fan was spinning quite aggressively even though it was on the lowest speed. We did raise it with the hotel, but nothing was actioned. The rooms did not have aircons, but instead had fans, not a major issue but moreso a disclaimer. The bathroom was quite tight, we booked two rooms, both of which were family suites, so we had expected bigger bathrooms but again, not a major issue for us

The hotel location is a major plus, being just a short walk from the night market, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. While it was decent, we expected a wider variety to match the hotel's rating. In addition, the soundproofing in the rooms could have been improved. We had some difficulty sleeping due to noise from the hallway, such as people talking, running by and doors opening and closing.
