La cama era cómoda y también la ubicación es bastante buena.

Mucha humedad en la habitación y el olor. No éramos capaces de conseguir agua caliente y tuvimos que solicitar que viniera alguien a la habitación. Tambien nos fallo el aire acondicionado, pero rápidamente lo solucionaron.

La ubicacion es perfecta. Buen ambiente.

El pasillo de estacionamientos muy estrechos. Roce mi auto. La atencion en la cafeteria podria ser mejor.

Nosotros estamos ya mas que 14 días en su Hotel. Fuera chevere si viene de su lado un descuento por estar tanto tiempo en su hotel. Habitación #715

Breakfast not included, but provided in the restaurant next door. Omelettes, toast, plenty of options. Cooked well. Selection of fresh smoothies.

Staff couldn’t care less, and service is painfully slow.

The hotel’s location is very good, but that’s the only positive thing I can say.From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was shockingly poor. The greeting was cold and unwelcoming — I genuinely felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. After waiting, they finally gave me a room that had such a strong, brutal moldy smell it was almost unbearable. I asked to change rooms and they barely agreed. The second room was slightly better but still smelled very moldy and old. Don’t expect any real service here. No smiles, no helpful attitude. When I asked for a simple iron and ironing board, they told me they didn’t have one — in a hotel of this size! The only good thing was the café/restaurant right next door, which had decent food and breakfast. I was extremely happy to check out and leave this place behind.Bottom line: Great location, but terrible rooms, awful smell, and zero hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.
