La ubicación es central Habitación bastante comoda Servicio de transporte incluido desde el aeropuerto es perfecto Forma y facilidad de pago directamente en el hotel es muy bueno y seguro

Falta mas información general hacia el turista, el personal de recepción debería tener mas conocimiento por ejemp. sobre el bus turístico, folletos sobre sitios turísticos recomendados, lugares nocturnos seguros, etc.

Ubicación céntrica, cuarto amplio, buena atención, el restaurante tiene buenos precios.

Nothing!! The place was a complete dump!! This is the worst hotel!! There are plenty more to chose from!! Do not stay here!! You have been warned!!

The room was loud, no hot water and no internet!! The place was complete garbage!! And the staff was even rude!! I asked to change rooms and they did not change my room!! So it was purposely done!! And I asked other people who thinks about renting here to not do so!! And to stop using booking.com because they allow these type of hotels to be on they platform and they will not stand behind the customers and allow them to get ripped off!! As travelers we have to take a stand and make them know that without our dollars they cannot stay in business!! So we have to stop allow bad customer service and put these crooks out of business!! Please do not stay here!! You will regret it!! We have to stick together and stop these companies who work together to steal our money!! I don't have money to throw away!! Do You?? WCR
