L’indirizzo sulla pagina della struttura non è corretto, abbiamo impiegato 1h per riuscire a trovarlo dovendo chiedere info a gente in strada. L’appartamento si trova in una struttura vecchia e trasandata, tipica delle periferie delle grosse città. L’idea di sicurezza manca totalmente.
IEI didn't have a nice experience 😕 as there were no lifts and lots of steps. I had my 76-year-old mother, who has bone cancer. Her poor knees were swollen. Door to fridge hanging off an couldn't open unless used knife. Mum felt afraid?
We were afraid to stay as wasn't safe enough that I had to lock my mother into the apartment to go shop as she was very upset. This truly broke my heart as I wanted it to be a lovely break away. To be told by residents there should be junkies coming in at nights so lock ourselves in. We should be fine. Is not what you should hear paying to stay anywhere? I asked for a refund for the 2nd day and asked for this the previous day as I had to book a hotel and I thinks its not my fault the place was unsafe? An should have been given refund
