Our room had a strong unpleasant smell however we were given a different room when enquired
GBReception team were helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. Breakfast was included and had gluten free options suitable for a coeliac. They allowed us to leave our bags after checkout. Good location 20 minute walk from the main town.
Very steep hill from St Peter's Port up to the guesthouse

The property was three quarters of the way up a steep hill which made it hard to get into St. Peter Port and there wasn’t a bus stop anywhere near the property,
GBgave us a packed breakfast due to early start. very helpful with leaving luggage prior to checkin time.
GBGood sized room, very clean and good breakfast.. Within easy walking distance of the main town with shops, restaurants and transport if you don't mind, and are able to walk, up and down a hill.. We had no problem with this and enjoyed the walk home after a lovely evening meal.
We were just about able to cope but the stairs to the first and upper floors are steep, narrow and have some spiral sections.. This is particularly difficult to manage when carrying cases.
