Clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Staff very helpful and professional.

The uphill walk to the guest house from town. Oh and the bins being collected at 02:00 on Friday morning!!!

Easy for a nights stay over

Thought it was closer to port and didn’t realise hills in still Peter’s port, my fault

We booked this because our ferry to Alderney was cancelled, they were very helpful liaising with the accomm on Alderney and booking us an early taxi for the following morning. Thank you for looking after us

The hotel was quite a steep climb from the ferry port, we should have taken a taxi.

Arrived slightly early and room was ready. Nice continental and cooked breakfast. Good room with comfortable double bed nice shower and always hot water

Le personnel est très serviable, l'établissement est situé dans un quartier calme, à environ 10-15 mn du centre mais en hauteur (accès après une bonne côte !) et le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent ; 2 bons restaurants sont à proximité.

Une des 2 chambres réservées était au 3e étage sans ascenseur et sous pente, accessible par un escalier étroit. C'était un peu difficile pour une personne plus très jeune mais elle a obtenu sans difficulté une autre chambre plus adaptée. Merci au personnel.

Very clean and well Presented everywhere. Bathroom exceptionally clean. Shower hot and reasonably powerful (room 2 downstairs) Great sized towels ! Kettle and tea / coffee facilities in the room. Quiet location. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast good and nice selection / choice. Coffee great.

Beds 5/10 for comfort. Pillows flat. We just requested a couple more which helped.

Très bien situé, très proche de la maison Hauteville de Victor Hugo. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir de difficulté à la marche : sur une colline et escalier dans l'hôtel
