The cleanliness of the room and toilet and the comfortable bed and pillows

No Instructions on how to use the TV and our shower did not work couldn't get the water to flow despite trying everything the lack of a comfortable chair to sit on

Was a gift for after our wedding reception. We were so tired we both fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows

They went above and beyond to make our room special for Valentine’s Day couldn’t have asked for any more

Although its located on main street couldnt hear traffic going along main road which was good. josie the staff member is always willing to talk to guests and is friendly and welcoming its good to see staff abouit the place. Very clean throughout

There was nothing we didnt like about the place.

Clean, quiet, well designed and in a good location. Shared fridge and microwave a very good idea

Place was clean and ideal location. Plenty of choice for tea and coffee. Good shower and toiletries.

Bed was small and uncomfortable. Mattress was full of springs that made noise when you moved. Floodlights outside were very bright even with the blinds shut. Yes they went off but came back on early. Noise of the train also went on until late and started very early. The bright green light on the ceiling was ridiculous. Yes it prob is an emergency light but needs replaced as this stopped both of us from sleeping. If staying take eye mask and ear plugs. Guests should be made aware if the train also. If the light and the bed were sorted might be able to put up with the train noise

It was lovely clean and spacious. Communication was good on booking and stay. Spoke to owner re access - he was super helpful and crossed paths with the cleaner but other than that not a lot of contact required. Was very well situated for our requirements

No drawers or wardrobe if we were staying longer.
