Clean room , everything was clean

1pm check Was very late I waited 3 hour on reception for 1 pm then only they gave me room , until their was no guest in my room

It was really a very good place to stay at really enjoyed a lot the staff ,the owner was too good i would recommend it to everyone who is visiting rishikesh.

Worst decision ever, even after telling we'll checkin between 6-7am they didnt attend us, we kept calling them no one received their phone and hostel was even closed, we were 3 girls travelling and we had to find different hotel at the spot, if youre travelling even in a group, I would not at all recommend this hostel to anyone

The manager, Sourav bhaiya, was welcoming and understanding.

The condition of the rooms and the bathrooms need heavy improvement. The room did not have clean pillows or sheets. Also, there was dust on a few places around the room.
