Room not alloted for confirmed booking. After reaching the location the person asked to look for other place for stay stating the rooms are occupied and problem with AC.

Really good and value for my money

Everything is good there is no dislike

I have been called by the staff multiple times by the time I checked in to confirm my stay. Yet when we reached, the owner decieved us by giving us some other small room & said that he allotted our room to someone else. He didn't even inform me when he called multiple times about this. There was no help with the luggage, no lift, room was very unhygienic, bathroom clogged. He also insisted me on cancelling my booking on the app despite me paying. He said that if I don't cancel he has to pay tax(but I didn't cancel since I stayed the night & payed). But later I've noticed that he cancelled through owner cancellation. We feel cheated! Not the way to do business.

Room, unhygienic, bathroom clogged, dirty sheets, stinky towels, no help staff, no lift service, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves on iron stairs.
