Caretaker was friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Ramanashrama. Reasonably clean and big rooms.

1. Road side parking in a secluded place away from the property, though the description claims 'free parking'. 2. Overhead shower does not work 3. Power trips if AC and Geyser are turned on together. 4. Bedsheets given were not hygenic 5. Considering these issues, it was not value for money.

We booked room on 12th eveining of decemeber 2024. The concern peoerpty guy told us to checkout 13th 12pm. We Agreed on same.But heclled same day midnight ans 13th morning 8:30am ans after 10:30 am and 11:30 ans keep on asking for when do u vacate and he Said has pressure for next guest check in . He charged 3045 for 8 hours. He distubed with his calls to just to remind we have to check out 12pm. such commercial bulshit guy.

"Convenient & Comfort"

Great communication with the owner and extremely helpful and nice 🙏🏽 Love the A/C and modern touch.

Perhaps a bar fridge would be nice.
