We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our family of five. You won’t see any staff around during the day, but around noon on the day of arrival they send clear instructions on how to enter the property. Communication was great, they were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting BGU. It’s very close to campus, and there’s a mini grocery store and several restaurants nearby. If you’re simply looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay, this is definitely a great solution.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The description of the Deluxe Apartment on Booking is inaccurate. Both bedrooms have two twin beds—there is no queen bed and no sofa beds in the bedrooms. The only sofa bed is in the living room, and it opens to a full-size bed. One side was comfortable, but the other had a wooden bar that made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The living room windows are very high, and some were left open when we arrived. We couldn’t reach them to close them, which allowed cigarette smoke smells and dust to come in. It also became quite cold at night. The water heater is programmed to run only once a day. If you want hot water in the morning, you need to figure out how to change the settings, but no instructions were provided. The Deluxe Apartment also shares a common area with another apartment, and that shared space was extremely dirty. There was no washing machine in the unit, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. If you need one, make sure to ask ahead. Parking nearby is very tight, and from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM it is paid parking. I highly recommend using the Pango app to manage parking.

Spacious with a deck, and very secure for single solo travellers. The communal area has a washing machine and dryer too. Decor is well done. Easy checkin.

The shower door needs attention and the drainage of the shower water (the door needs fixing).
