The apartment was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee, tea and sugar were a very nice edition! Everything was clean and the self check in was good.

The neighborhood is not so pleasant, obvious neglect and uncleanliness

It’s very close to the university, which is what I needed. Also liked the kitchen and free tea available

The bathroom was dirty and the toilet wasn’t flushed. Told the receptionist about it but expect for a sorry didn’t seem to mind to much. Also, there is noise from the street at night

Centered area, nice host, easy in and out, ac works well, nice sun in yard, tv has netflix etc,

Smaller than expected, yard is divided with another apartment, sitting area outside is not clean enough to sit on, there was no ashtray outside, shower head is not functioning properly, and water from shower drips around bathroom. Bed is okay, even tho it’s 2 twins combined(just close to each other, not put together with a queen size bed sheet) Which is not what i was expecting at all. There was only a small couch for 1 person and 2 chairs. Not what i was expecting for this price, comparing to center prices ofc. Overall not in my standards, but depends on your standards or what you’re willing to compromise.

Easy to find. Great communication before arrival. Good facilities. clean.

The only thing worth mentioning was a bit of banging doors sounds from nearby rooms, but it was not that bad. Some would not be bothered at all.
