They cancelled our booking and give the room to someone else and even took 500 advance from me by sending their personal scanner and they said that they had refunded the amount but I've not received that amount

Fairly nice and new hotel at a good price.

I booked a deluxe double room. When I checked in they gave me another room. The guy in the reception was not interested in sorting it out. He finally gave in and then proceed to make the bed in the new room with the bed sheets from the past customer. The day after I left they marked my booking as a now show. No hot water.
