Room size was very small

Good location, affordable price.

Treatment by receptionist and lack of communication. It was not our fault that our train was late and we had informed the hotel accordingly. Seems no one had read it though and we were treated very badly when we arrived at around 11 pm, even though there is a 24h reception. Cleanliness should be improved. Only one toothbrush provided for two people...

The stay was great with clean rooms and good staff.Every facilities were there.

Room was congested but enough bed space for 3 people.

Nothing. They simply refused to honour the booking. Had to book another hotel, suffered a lot. If I had time , would have called the police

These sorts of people should not start the hospitality business as they don't know what it is all about. Their only concern is my money. They will confirm booking and later if someone other comes with a better offer, they will go for it and leave the first person to fetch for himself.

Very small room. So it was clean. Newly Built.
