The Lenox

Great location proximity to shops, parking, public library, and metro terminal; walkable distance to Boston Common. Very clean, upscale atmosphere, comfortable beds and very friendly and helpful staff. Also, wasn’t listed on the amenities but our room had a mini fridge to use.

Valet and entrance are accessed at street, can get busy. At checkout we had to fetch the toddler from the library (across the street!) got blocked in by other patrons for a couple minutes. This is the same area for pick up and drop off for ride-shares, can add to the congestion.

We only had two days and one night to enjoy Boston again for a wedding anniversary/birthday visit, so we requested early check with the hope of getting settled before lunch and museums on a Friday. It worked perfectly and we were delighted with the staff and management, which left us a handwritten note, a bottle of Prosecco and flutes in our room. Perfect location and it made the weekend special.

I don't think I got the emailed copy of the bill/receipt.

Everything. Cozy queen room was absolutely fine.
