Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff with a great atmosphere in the lobby with the lighting and fireplace. Comfortable beds and the rooms were a good size.

Location is perfectly centered for walking to Fenway and/or historical sites. Completely walkable to several restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were well appointed and managed to balance the character of an established building with current technology.

Honestly, I can't think of much. I rarely rate all 10's but this spot was worthy!

"One time and ladt time try, not value for money"

Location was very good Cleaning team very nice

The attitude of the staff -50% value for money We had an electricity problem in the room that took awhile to fix at evening time, no empathy and care no compensation except small plate of 3 chests and few cut of fruit attched photo that we didn't touch. Very embarrassing that this was their offering Also shower was old and not comfortable

I loved the old world charm. We had drinks at the Irving and loved the experience. Also ate dinner at the Willow & Ivy and that was top notch as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
