River Mill Retreat

Everything, a lot more spacious than you would think on a boat, everything about our stay was beyond any expectations we had and this is a really special place. Trevor has clearly put in an immense amount of effort and care to make sure that his guests have a truly unforgettable memory. There is no place like this, also you could stay in a 5* hotel and you still wouldn’t have half of the luxuries that you would have staying here. FACT, we especially loved the lights in and around the hot tub (which is very discreet) and I really loved the surround sound system, there was so many towels you would never need to take your own! And every single utensil imaginable. Every small detail has really been covered for your comfort! Thank you so much for the best weekend we have had!

Everything is thought of in this beautiful boat. A fully equipped kitchen, an actual bath!, very comfortable beds and loads of storage. The garden and outside areas were beautiful - a lot of hard work has obviously gone in to make this an exceptional stay and experience. Bluetooth speakers outside by hot tub, Alexa in the boat and Netflix too. The place was spotless and Trevor was a great host. Thabks for the recommendation on dinner, our takeaway Zara curry was lovely.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

This boat is absolutely beautiful inside and out cleaned to a very high standard, The host Trevor had made it very home from home had everything needed for our stay, Trevor was very easy to communicate with always answered questions also recommended great places to visit whilst we was here.

We loved everything there wasn’t anything that we could say we didn’t like accept leaving.

Beautiful location and the most stunning boat. You can really tell the owner Trevor loves what he does and is really proud of this boat. So much love and care has gone in to it and it has everything you could possibly need. Without a doubt I would recommend this stay & I am eager to stay again.

Great place to chill, does not matter the weather. Very romantic. Exactly like the photos. Well maintained and felt new. Comfortable. Great sofa. Slept great. Fantastic heating. Highly conscientious host. It was clear Trevor was doing everything to offer a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

The location and staying inside a boat is something you don’t experience everyday but is lovely as a getaway for your partner and yourself. The scenery inside and outside is beautiful even at this time of year and is very well kept.
