Great views

Most staff were unfriendly to locals but very friendly to foreigners-bias WiFi and TV didn’t work despite many requests Hotel needs renovation

- very tasty food(great variety) - the best kept swimming pool, cleanest ever - drinks station - mire than enough around the hotel - the receptions - Faith & Jane(forgot her full name) - excellent customer relations feom these two ladies...Thank you, need to be cloned - Efficient & diligent porter service...Thanks to the guys...again, meant to remember the names but all great in general - rooms - big, comfy n clean - smart tv's in rooms - pre set up with needed apps - complimentary water supply - bar for convenience

- shower pressure not the strongest..its not the worst but could be better(room 220) - add more coffee condiments - I might be wrong but I would like to suggest a longer buffet time

It’s in a good neighborhood The garden are lovely

It’s an old design hence don’t have like a master stitch for the lights. The access to the beach is very steep for an elderly person

The water sports facilities hosted by the hotel run a scam. They tell you you’re going to the marine park for snorkelling and take your money in cash - which is illegal. To enter the marine park each visitor must fill out a form online with your personal info and passport number and pay online. This is done to avoid corruption - something I learned afterwards. I would not return to this hotel knowing that they’re hosting a scam.

Very clean, good food and friendly staff. The pool was very clean too.
