Apartamento nuevo en Veracruz Centro

La ubicación cubría mis necesidades, la luz que entra al departamento, la iluminación, la estancia y accesorios (plancha, burros para planchar, secadora)

El olor desagradable a drenaje que se emitía en los dos sanitarios a partir de la primera noche Después de haber sido limpiado, salieron 3 cucarachas, una en la recamara, dos en pasillos Posiblemente requiera trampa antiolor y antibichos en las regaderas de los baños Camas demasiado blandas (mamá osa)

Que no tiene estacionamiento

Fui en familia y fue muy cómodo, limpio con excelente ubicación.

La sala es amplia, acogedora y cómoda, al igual que el comedor En el balcón se está agradable, aunque no tiene la mejor vista De igual manera la cocina es amplia, bonita y funcional Tiene muchos accesorios que la verdad vuelven más cómoda y práctica tu estancia

No está bien cuidado el departamento, lo que solo te puedes percatar cuando ya estas hospedandote en el lugar, por ejemplo el lugar no está del todo limpio, hay mucho polvo, hormigas en la cocina y en los baños Los baños huelen a humedad al igual que la sotehuela Las ventanas no tienen cortinas, lo que puede llegar a ser incómodo porque hay ventanas que dan a la ventana del otro departamento, asi que no sientes mucha privacidad

We loved this place! We were only here for one night but it was so perfect! The apartment is very large. It's a 3 bedroom but it was just me and my girlfriend so we only needed one room, but all three were nice. There is an air conditioning unit in every room as well as the living room, so there are four in total. It was VERY hot in Veracruz but our apartment was nice and cool 😊. The staff answered booking.com and WhatsApp messages very quickly. They were always very helpful and answered all our questions. The beds were comfortable and I liked the pillows. Both showers were nice. The water gets hot in like 5 seconds which is nice. Very stable hot water which I appreciate. One of the showers (the larger one) doesn't drain very well though, so we switched to use only the smaller shower (if you see this, maybe clear that larger shower's drain when you have time 🙌). The fridge/freezer were very strong. I was able to chill our water very quickly. The patio was nice. The apartment was also very quiet and peaceful. No loud neighbors, no street noise, nothing, it was perfect. The staff let us leave our things in the room till our flight which was SUPER helpful. (I'm sure they can't do that every single time, it depends on if another guest is coming, but nobody was after us so they let us leave our things till 6pm which was so so helpful). Overall it was a perfect stay and a great deal. Just a warning, the city of Veracruz is doing a LOT of construction right now (August 2025) and ALLLLLLL the streets are shut down. It's going to be a while. It's tricky to find the hotel at first, you'll have to go 4 or 5 blocks out of the way but it's not all that bad. You'll eventually find it lol. It's worth it. Highly recommend.

EL DEPARTAMENTO ESTA MUY BIEN EQUIPADO, CON EXCELENTE UBICACION Y AMABILIDAD. MUY RECOMENDABLE.

The apartment was very centrally located, close to all the major attractions, and was very safe and secure. It was very easy to access the apartment and walk to alot of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment itself is very spacious and equipped with everything to make you feel like home. Even though you're on the main street, it's not nosey or disruptive when getting a good night's rest.

1) GREAT management. VERY responsive, very professional and courteous, provided very clear directions, and the property was VERY clean, very well maintained, very comfortable. The apartment has a very comfortable living room/ dining room area, and small kitchen with a gas stove, an full refrigerator, a microwave, and a small sink, all in great order. Large flat TV set with many channnels. Three bedrooms, each bedroom has its own air conditioning system. Two baths, and there is workable hot water. The apartment uses door codes instead of keys, and it was GREAT because each individual could come and go without having to worry about who had the keys. 2) GREAT location. Only four short blocks from Los Portales, the center where the Cathedral is located, and the site of many restaurants and great number of activities each evening. Close to the mercado and to stores as well.

STAIRS. This apartment is located on the THIRD floor, and there are THREE flights of stairs to climb to get into the apartment, and THREE flights of stairs to walk down, and this is several times each day. NOT recommended to individuals that would not be able to engage in this level of physical activity. I asked for, and received, assistance from the manager Eduardo to get my luggage up the stairs on arrival and down the stairs on departure. THERE ARE NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES IN THE APARTMENT. A washer and dryer for clothes would have been a great addition to the otherwise great apartment.
