Apartment was spacious. The location was good. Air-conditioning worked well. Appliances were clean and worked well. Electronic locks were easy to use. No need to use keys.

The windows shook because of the wind and made so much noise it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be.

The property is excellently located and the furnishings are acceptable and spacious. The kitchen is fully functional and furnished.

All was good but one thing, maybe some curtains on the windows to the balcony would be nice since the street light directly shines in the appartment. Also the hot water was not hot but Luke warm.

The apartment was perfect with a great location. The management company was very responsive to all of my questions. I recommend getting the Blunkay parking app so you can keep your car legal while enjoying sightseeing.

Perfect location in the city center and still quiet. A spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms were very practical for a family.

We haven't received any check-in details in advance. We were at the door unable to enter. Contacting the owner via booking had no response. A Mexican friend helped by reaching out via WhatsApp to receive the code for entering. The floor wasn't clean. The bathrooms smelled of cigarettes (not sure how that smell got in, it wasn't permanent but frequent). There was a problem in the kitchen sink and when informing the owner again via booking, there was no response at all. Maybe the problem was the language barrier since we communicated in English, but still I would have appreciated some response.

It was not cleaned properly, parking is on the street, not part of the building. Description is misleading. Door to the cleaning area did not shut down, so we had AC running all the time.

Super cute apartment in a great location, 5 minute walk to city center. A/C worked well & kept the inside temp comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds with nice linens. 2 bathrooms! Host helpful & responsive. Good wi-fi.

Wasn't a problem for us, but the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. You can hear a lot of street noise in the front room, but the bedrooms were quiet.

Newly renovated flat in the heart of Veracruz. Parks, malecón, shopping, tons of restaurants and a safe neighborhood. Plus there is a bakery right below the flat, which your senses will love!

No big jug of drinking water on site!
