"Great"

9.0

No instructions on how to connect to wifi or how to use washing machine. No emergency phone number/s. No local information, restaurant recommendations etc. Could of got some brouchers from tourist information office and put in accomodation. Was cold and not able to put on heating. Govenment ruling or something. An electric heater would of helped. Otherwise great location and host.

"Beautiful apartment in fabulous location"

Location was fantastic, close to the train station, easy walking distance to everything within the Lucca walls. The apartment was beautifully presented, the courtyard was lovely to sit out in. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful.

Non ho soggiornato io personalmente ma mia sorella e mio nipote. Si sono trovati benissimo. Appartamento molto bello ben curato e pulitissimo. Self check-in perfetto. Comunicazione con gli addetti ottima. Posizione perfetta per visitare Lucca. Super consigliatissimo!!
