Older style 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet area of lovely Lucca within the city walls. Clean and comfortable. Great communication from host.

Nothing to dislike

The location inside the walls was very good, walking distance to all the sights and close to the railway station. Beds were very comfortable and shower was excellent. A quiet residential area. Grazia, our hostess, was friendly and responsive when she appeared to meet us.

No instructions re accessing the apartment on our arrival, dependent on the driver to contact the owners for help to unlock gate n open the apartment. Inadequate local information, with visitors needing a good local map locating the closest food market, pedestrian access to train station, instructions on how to use the washing machine and oven etc. The living room needs additional lounge chairs as there is only 1 uncomfortable 3 seater divan. The "garden" outside the apartment was only tall overgrown weeds, not a good first impression! This was trimmed during our stay but the garden bed is in dire need of planting and maintenance.

Great location 10 min walk to station and 15 min walk to centre of Lucca. Excellent coffee & pastry store just around the corner. Lucca is a beautiful place and great to base yourself to explore the region.

Location, quiet area, light, ground floor, and nice outdoor area for sitting.

Some items in the kitchen require repair and there were missing cooking utensils. There was no shelfs or a bureau for folded items in one bedroom.

Fabulous location and local intel provided by Giulia made our stay all the more better

Close to the station but within the walls. Tastefully decorated and well equipped. Heated.

Customer service very good and helpful. Great location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom.

First of all - there is no air conditioning. Not that it was not said in the offer, I simply did not notice. Just stating it in case YOU would not notice as well. We had bad luck - during our stay the wifi was not working. The walls are very thick and our mobile network was also extremely poor.
