Sunny Beach Front Apartment

The property is amazing! Had beautiful shots and access to the Beach in the morning was superb. Definitely can suggest the stay to anyone!!!

Asked for extra blankets because the weather changed drastically due to the cold front. I asked our host, Kirsty. She was a rude and wasn't interested to help me.The aircon units are there but don't blow hot air. Long story short, we never got the blankets and my daughter fell sick.

FRAUDSTERS!!!!! NOTHING!!!! We were denied access to the unit and our booking was CANCELLED by them but they still charged us and pretended that they gave us access!!! Most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL and UNPLEASANT travel experience!!!! Booking_com we want our money BACK !!!! You cannot charge us for a place we did not get access to !!!!!

ZERO we were ROBBED by the Agents!!! They never contacted us with the address or keys at all!!!! Don’t answer their phones!!! We had to contact them. Still could not get access and had to book somewhere else !!!! But stole our money!!!!

The property seemed good value for money and was spacious and neat. The managing agent seemed to be working against very strict and inflexible rules but gratefully acknowledged my position and suitably accommodated us.

The check in procedure it tedious and I would think less tech savvy clients would struggle. The check in and out times were odd (15:00 out and 9:00 in …. Literally 6 hours for a cleaning service between booking). As a business person this meant that while visiting Ballito, I had to drive around with expensive equipment in my car waiting for check in time, where we could have left things at the accommodation. Thank goodness the managing agent made a plan to accommodate my check in request and therefore made this review way more positive.
