Tout ce qui est indiqué sur le site est exact, mais peut être compris à double sens. On commence par un escalier commun avec un hotel 4 etoiles, (montré sur les photos du site), puis on diverge rapidement par 3 étages très raides sans ascenseur . L'etablissement est en réalité un appartement de 2 chambres, les pièces sont en enfilade. On entre par la cuisine qui est commune ainsi que le salon ; cela crée une impression de colocation et la promiscuité peut être désagréable. La télévision est dans le salon à partager...avec des hôtes de diverses langues!!!! Évitez la "suite junior avec balcon". Le balcon est minuscule et permet à peine d'ouvrir les persiennes. La vue est sur l'arrière cour des restaurants. La suite est en fait une chambre peu meublée (penderie pour 3 ou 4 ceintres). Cabinet de toilette vétuste et un fillet d'eau chaude à la douche. Ne pas oublier un antimoustiques!! Nous n'avons pas vu l"autre chambre, donc pas d'avis.

The flat was more beautiful than pictured, located in a bustling part of the city across from the opera house.

No complaints! It is important to be aware that you share the apartment with another guest room - each with it's own private bath.

Location, location, location. Heritage building with lots of character. Had shared space with other guests but this was not a problem as met other travellers who were lovely. The view from the balcony overlooking the theatre was lovely. Has your own bathroom and room was a good size,

There are a few stairs to climb.

Beautiful flat with amazing original features. Very spacious. A joy to sleep in and fantastic view of the Opera House over the road. Gabriella was a fabulous host. Her recommendations are definitely worth listening to. We would definitely return.

Fantastic character - historic building with unique fittings and furniture. Location was incredible. The view from the balcony was just amazing. Communication with Gabriellla the host was great- so welcoming and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout which was very kind.

Ok for us but as advertised in the description, lots of steps and no lift so difficult with heavy luggage/ less mobile guests. It is in the busiest part of town so can be noisy but there are rear plugs and the doors and shutters do a good job sound proofing. It wasn’t an issue for us but should be noted, as listed. The benefits of the location outweighed the noise for us.

Fantastic property in amazing location. Room was beautifully decorated, bed was very comfy. The views from the window over to the theatre were stunning. Separate kitchen and dining area shared with another room.

This appartement is a pure art. We really loved the decoration and all the details. It really imerge you to the traditional Sicilian art.

Perfectly located with a wonderful view of the Teatro Massimo! Amazing frescos on the ceiling.

There is not anything we did not like. However you should know it is 65 steps up ( which gives you the wonderful view). And you share the common are with another guest. Which was no problem for us.
