The Verse

The location was wonderful and rooms were spacious. The staff is exceptional, from the desk, concierge service, bar tending, and the manager - the team is personable, professional, and catered to every possible need. Couldnt have been nicer.

Beautiful apartments, lovely comfortable beds and well furnished. Great concierge who gave us so many tips for our visit.

We were greeted by Joao who was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay. Touring our apt with us and even went above and beyond offering us the best places to eat. Joao made our reservations, giving us the time to settle in and get ready for our outings. I would highly recommend The Verse as it’s in walking distance to plenty of sights and just a short taxi away from the tourist areas!

ロケーション。スタッフも親切で、朝ごはんにチョイスがあるのも良い。部屋も随所にこだわりが感じられ、広々していてオシャレ。飲み水も毎日補給してくれる。

・全般的に、宿泊者の好みで評価が分かれるホテル。 ・唯一の欠点は浴室。これまで泊まったホテルと比較しても圧倒的に浴室が狭い。特に洗面台付近には物を置く場所もなく、ドライヤーで髪を乾かす時も窮屈。 ・お湯の使用制限もあるが、節度ある使い方をすれば大丈夫。ただ日本人には慣れないシステムなので、使用中にお湯止まったらどうしよう、と最初はかなりハラハラ。 ・後は好みの問題。日中は自然光で明るいが、夜になると部屋の中が全体的に暗い。雰囲気が良いとも言えるが、高齢者が家族にいるのでダイニングテーブルだけでもランプがあると有難い。 ・あとはリスボン市街地の宿命だが、外は夜も目の前を路面電車が行き交うので、多少の騒音は避けられない。(ホテル側もかなり窓に対策を施しているので、音に敏感でなければ気にならない)

The apartment was large and pleasant to stay in, it’s in an area with great coffee shops and bakeries.

There are no details in the flat about the facilities - hot water was restricted but no one told us so my husband had a cold shower. They told us it was to save energy afterwards- a bit late really. The noise in our apartment when we arrived was from reception where the music was pounding. The bathroom is the size of a postage stamp. A lot of money and it didn’t feel quite up to the price tag.
