Luxury Beach House

The place was lovely - very clean, modern, and just a one-minute walk from the seaside. The beach itself (fine pebbles) is peaceful and relaxing, and the host thoughtfully provided a beach umbrella, towel, and a lounge chair, which made the experience very comfortable. Note: there are some larger underwater stones at the shoreline, so a bit of caution is needed when entering the water. The view from the terrace is beautiful - directly overlooking the sea - and the yard is a charming space to enjoy evenings, complete with ambient lighting, hammocks, and a lounge swing. I appreciated the convenience of the keycard entry system (similar to hotels), which made access simple and secure. A grocery store is just three minutes away, and there's a jogging/biking path that runs along the coast, making it easy to stay active and enjoy the scenery. Despite arriving quite late, check-in was smooth and fast. Giuseppe was responsive, helpful, and easy to reach with any questions. He’s also happy to suggest local activities or places of interest nearby - I enjoyed spending time at Monopoli beach, attending a couple of local music events, and visiting a seaside bar in Bari. It’s clear that Giuseppe cares about the comfort of his guests. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The location is fantastic — just across the street from the public beach, making it incredibly convenient. There’s also a spacious courtyard where you can relax and spend time outdoors. You can rent bikes on-site for a scenic ride around the area, and sunbeds are available for guests to use. Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome with two chilled bottles of rosé wine, which were perfect for cooling off. In fact, he kept offering us more throughout our stay. We booked a tour to Alberobello and Matera through him, and he even included a visit to Polignano. He’s a wonderful guide who genuinely enjoys showing guests the beauty of the region. The bus stop (lines 22 and 53) to Il Trampolino Beach Club or Bari is just a 3-minute walk away, which made exploring the area very easy. Highly recommended!

The description of the accommodation was misleading. We booked a “private room with a private bathroom,” but the bathroom was not inside the room – it was located outside, with no lock or indication that it was for our exclusive use. This meant that anyone from the surrounding rooms could use it. Additionally, the kitchen that was described as private turned out to be shared with all guests. There was no sense of privacy at all. The breakfast was also very poor: just a few crackers and some cookies, with no variety or freshness. Overall, we felt that what we paid for did not reflect what was actually provided. We would not choose this place again, nor would we recommend it.

The staff, Giuseppe, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. We arrived earlier, 1 hour. The check-out was so easy; we just gave back the room keys and said goodbye. The Luxury Beach House is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and fresh, and the staff are polite and offer a warm smile.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is located just outside the city, which turned out to be perfect for our two families traveling with young children, peaceful, safe, and family-friendly. We booked the two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite and comfortably shared it between two families and two kids. The layout was spacious and ideal for group travel, with snacks and wine being replenished daily. The beach and a playground is just a short walk away, which made for easy, relaxed days by the water, and getting into Bari city center was quick and simple with the nearby bus (1 euro per person). Communication with the hosts was smooth and clear from start to finish. We also really appreciated the convenient pickup and drop-off service they offered, it took all the stress out of arrival and departure. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a quieter stay with easy access to both the city and the beach clubs.

Everything was amazing

The location and the property itself are great. It was super clean and comfortable to stay. The host was very friendly and was taking care of everything to be good during our stay.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, because nowhere was written that it would be only packed food (like some biscuits y etc).
