Luxury Beach House

Everything is exactly how it is look like in those pictures. Good location- 50meters from beach. 1.5km from Sanfrancesco beach and 4km from Bari center. 200 meters from bus stop. clean, comfortable apartment with everything what you need. breakfast is jam,honey,bread,cookies,tea/coffee in your room and thay change it every morning. Good stuff.

There was just one problem bus wasn’t coming in time and we had to wait one hour sometime.

Location just next to the sea, really good beach club is just 10 minutes away, room was super clean, owner really friendly and he gave us such an amazing recommendations that made that trip even better. When we wanted to go to the city center we took the bus or spent 20 minutes on electric scooters which was also super fun. View was amazing and we also really enjoyed the relaxing terrace on the roof. Owner made sure every time we have everything what we need, definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will be back soon!

Excellent accommodation! Very close to the beach. And the host, Beppe, is a very friendly person, willing to help you in any way and at any time! I recommend with confidence!

Excellent choice! The room was beautiful and super clean. Our host was kind, he suggested restaurants, beaches, and sightseeing options nearby. He even picked us up at the airport and offered to take us to the city. Thank you very much, Beppe for everything!

Everything was great, the room was very clean and well-kept. Breakfast items were replenished every day. Nice location away from the crowded city center. Very close to the sea beach. The owner is very nice, communicative and helpful. Air conditioning available in the room. There is a fenced square/backyard next to the facility where you can sit and drink coffee or read a book. I highly recommend this facility, really worth.

I liked how close it was to the beach. It was a really clean room and enough space.

That there wasn't a real breakfast. But for the rest was everything fine.

Excellent location, very near to the seaside and needed stores restaurants. The place was very clean and tidy. Stuff was very friendful and ready to help. The whole building was built with quality.
