We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. Smoking Charge - £240 Lost Access Card Charge - Free Hardkey replacement - £50 Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges £40 apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. "Superb"

The location was perfect, short walk into cardiff centre, 4 good pubs nearby, all did food and one good restaurant. The apartment was clean and was very well equipped. .

Just one minor point, the bed settee in the living room wasn't the most comfortable to sit on, maybe have another as well, there was certainly enough room, also my husband had trouble sleeping one night and could have used the bed settee to avoid disturbing me but unfortunately there was no bedding provided which was a bit strange. We also felt the parking charge was expensive.

"All in all it was good except for the stairs."

The location was close to the city which was great.

We are in our mid 70s and our apartment was on the top floor with no lift so not ideal for our age group having to carry luggage up stairs.
