GBThe location was the only thing. The accommodation was described as a beautiful bungalow sadly this wasn't the case. It is a one-bedroom place which has been advertised as a two-bedroom. It is not suitable for two couples or four people as there is nowhere to sit comfortably. The kitchen table has only three chairs. I don't like giving a bad review but I feel that this was necessary. Firstly the TV in one room didn't work, no lock on the bathroom door, and the blinds in the bedroom require repair. Mismatch of glasses and equipment, the outdoor furniture needs updating. The place seriously needs a deep clean inside and outside. We visit Bexhill each year for a bowls tournament and have stayed in other properties which were far better. The owners need to check inside as I don't think this is happening. The kitchen floor is in much need of a good clean. The price we paid for three nights for this accommodation was too much compared to friends who were staying nearby in much better places. Also, the kitchen cupboards are very damp, the bathroom bin needs replacing all these things aren't expensive to fix. The important thing is that it needs a bit of love put into the place and a deep clean everywhere.

GBThe bungalow was in a great location. Very close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants and of course the sea. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen well stocked. We liked being able to sit outside in the evening in the properties tiny rear courtyard. We were able to check in early.
We felt the property could of been cleaner and it had a definite doggy smell. The rear courtyard was great to have but the furniture needs updating/cleaning. A few solar lights would make it so much nicer. The front of the property/ front garden doesn't look inviting.
