GBLocation is excellent we needed to be in between Eastbourne and Hastings so perfect, also on the beach so perfect. Took my dogs and they loved it. Great comms from the owner who was very helpful and left all sorts of bits to make our stay comfortable.
Parking is an issue but with a bit of sensible planning not a deal breaker.

The flat felt unclean, not fresh and mould in areas, very dated needs refurbishment for the price charged. Kitchen facilities lacking and dated. Garden furniture rusty, couldn't sit on it. No instructions on how to use the facilities in the flat such as heating, or guest book. Dirty areas. Photos on line are selective and misleading when viewing. The location is the only advantage.

Once the booking was made, messages received confirming that one bedroom and living are the same thing. Make the kitchen a shared space with sofa to remove any confusion about bedrooms and living rooms. I was informed on the day of check in that no parking permits were available so all parking had to be paid for. Problems being that there is a limit to 3 hours max across all locations near the property. I ended up with a parking fine as I had nowhere else to park close to the accommodation, even though I was willing to pay. The bed in the living room needs replacing. Every move will make creaking noises and wake you throughout the night. The floor needs fixing as the boards slide/move when walking on them. There was no shower gel or cork screw so I had to purchase these as I assumed they would be there.

Property wasn’t as described. Both beds were doubles, whereas one was advertised as King size. The shower/bathroom had mould around edges - we were disappointed and would not book again.
GBVery cute little cottage in a great location. Close to the sea and train station. Beds were comfortable enough. Great for a short break.
It is a well lived in place with a few strange smells here and there.
DEDie Lage der Wohnung ist top. Gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, saubere Wäsche.
Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen von Stockflecken und Feuchtigkeit riechen die Abflüsse stark, es riecht modrig, wenn man reinkommt, die Flächen sind klebrig und teilweise dreckig.
