Ce séjour a été une excellente base : un accès facile à l'aéroport à environ 10 minutes en voiture. Proche du Sutera Harbour, de KK Times Square et de restaurants de toutes sortes, de plus, les promenades en bateau vers les îles voisines sont faciles depuis Jesselton Point, tandis que les équipements de l’immeuble comme la piscine, la piscine pour enfants, la salle de sport, la salle de réception, la sécurité, etc., ont grandement contribué à notre confort.

Staying the apartment here was a real treat thanks to its unbeatable location right next to Imago Shopping Mall and close to all major attractions like KK Waterfront, Signal Hill, and Jesselton Point and the apartment was clean and comfortable with great air conditioning, fast internet and access to an awesome pool and fitness center.

Pleasant stay with the apartment offering a comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished space complete with a cozy bed, functional kitchenette, washing machine and fast internet, which made it ideal for both work and relaxation, and the building itself was very secure with 24 hour security, a lovely rooftop pool, gym, and even direct access to Imago Shopping Mall which was incredibly convenient for food, shopping and groceries. And also close to Sutera Harbour, KK Times Square and the Filipino Market.

The only letdown was the TV, which didn’t have built in streaming apps or HDMI access.

ปัญหาเล็ก ๆ ที่เราเจอเพียงอย่างเดียวคือ ลิฟต์ของอาคารมันช้าไปนิดในช่วงเวลาที่มีคนใช้มาก โดยเฉพาะเมื่อมีแขกหลายคนเช็คอินหรือเช็คเอาท์.

Unit tersebut bergaya, luas, dan memiliki nuansa modern yg bersih, ditambah lg dilengkapi dgan tempat tidur yg nyaman, mesin cuci, TV pintar, dan bahkan meja kerja kecil yg memudahkan saya utk menyelesaikan email saat bepergian. Lokasinya tak tertandingi, hanya beberapa langkah dr Imago Mall di mana kami dpt mengakses grosir, restoran, dan bahkan bioskop, dan hanya perlu perjalanan singkat dgn Grab ke bandara dan Jesselton Point. Bangunan itu sendiri memiliki fasilitas yg layak termasuk kolam renang dan keamanan 24 jam, yg membuat kami merasa aman dan nyaman selama menginap.

Riverson 是一个不错的选择。公寓装备齐全，安静，拥有放松所需的一切。房东礼貌、专业且反应及时。位置理想，靠近 Imago Mall 非常方便。我们可以吃饭、购物，甚至看电影，无需交通。而且，它离 Imago Mall、格伦伊格尔斯医院都很近，前往市中心和海滨景点也只需短途车程。游泳池区域宁静且维护良好。

The place was spotlessly clean, with bright interiors, cozy beds, and a well equipped kitchenette. Extras like the washing machine and complimentary toiletries were super handy. Also the gym and pool are just great, both situated on the 3rd Floor. Absolutely love the pool especially with the Jacuzzi. Conveniently located just steps from Imago Mall, we could grab meals or stroll through shops in minutes. We also enjoyed wandering to the Riverson Artisan Markets and KK Esplanade for evening food hunts.

The host was very responsive and gave us local tips on what to see and eat. The apartment was modern and well maintained. The building offers 24 hour security, a pool and a small gym, which were great for relaxing after a day out. We explored the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront, tried the grilled fish at the Filipino Night Market and even visited Signal Hill Observatory for panoramic city views which all just nearby the apartment.

Only downside was the slow elevator during peak check-out time, but nothing too disruptive.

The unit was clean and spacious with a comfortable queen sized bed, fast Wi-Fi and a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there was even a washer dryer which was super helpful. The location is unbeatable. Imago Shopping Mall is right next door. We also took a 5-minute Grab to Jesselton Point for our island hopping trip to Manukan and Sapi Islands.

Nothing to complain

The unit was on a high floor with a lovely view of the city skyline. It was quiet at night, which I really appreciated. I also liked that there was a convenience store on the ground floor. I spent time wandering around Gaya Street, enjoyed street food and even did a mangrove walk at the Wetland Centre just about 15 minutes away.

My only suggestion is the water heater could be more consistent. Took a while to warm up. Other than that, great stay.
