INThe apartment was clean, modern and in a great building with security and easy self check in. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I loved being able to walk to Gaya Street Sunday Market, the Waterfront, and enjoy seafood at Welcome Seafood Restaurant, just a few minutes away by Grab.

USLocation and unit size were excellent. The layout is modern, and the pool area and gym were a nice bonus. Just steps from Imago Mall, numerous cafés and the Jesselton Artisan Market at Riverson Walk made evenings fun. We also visited Sabah Art Gallery nearby, and took an evening stroll along the Tanjung Aru beach promenade for sunset views. Host was responsive, and check-in process was seamless.
BNThe apartment was modern, clean and offered lovely views of the waterfront and across to Imago Mall. It's just steps from the riverfront promenade and weekend artisan markets. We walked to Imago Shopping Mall and enjoyed the local food stalls at Anjung Kinabalu night market which is great evening atmosphere!

MYLocation very convenient for exploring Kota Kinabalu. Close to the ferry terminal, shopping malls, and local restaurants. And also many attractions like Jesselton Point and KK Waterfront, making it easy to explore. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
BNUSHad a comfortable and convenient stay at this apartment. The unit was clean and spacious with a great view of the city and ocean. The bed was comfortable and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the best parts is the location, it’s connected to Imago Shopping Mall, which made shopping and finding food super easy. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Jesselton Point, Tanjung Aru Beach, and Gaya Street Market. Very convenient if you’re planning island hopping or a day trip to places like the Mari Mari Cultural Village. The building also had good security and convenient parking.
