Riverbend Apartments by Lowkl

The ac did not work . They out came out to look the ac and it still did not work right I had to go buy 3 fans just to get even type of comfort. Apt 10 not cool at all.

It was like home away from home. Seriously it was well kept, it had all the things need in the kitchen, it had netflix on both tv's, and most of all check in and out was sooo easy.. We will use them again!

The Apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The only problem is about parking.

the unit was very clean. communication was great. lots to do around the area.

Do not recommend if not US based. Website and booking confirmation clearly states check in form to be completed before arrival, but we had to chase once arrived. Just come from long transatlantic flight so didn't have to chance to chase the form until arriving at property. Property is block of flats with only some part of Lowkl so no courtesy wifi or courtesy phone available at entrance (again underlining the importance that we should have been sent the form before arriving). Initially made calls to Lowkl that went straight to voicemail as no access to internet. Eventually got a wifi connection on nearby street corner, but meant standing with all our luggage at night whilst trying to get through to Lowkl. When eventually got through to someone on phone they said the link is only sent to US phone numbers. Eventually received a link to the form which I completed and then had to call again to hurry along receiving apartment entry details. All the time very tired from the long flight, concerned at having to take out ID etc to complete form on street corner and worried if my phone operator would cut off my call (due to the expensive international call cost).  Once back from trip have requested repeatedly that the property 1) acknowledges we should have received the link before arriving and therefore would not have needed to make any calls, 2) contributes to the large phone bill as a goodwill gesture However Lowkl in their response repeatedly ignore the fact we were not sent a link before arrival and conclude "we cannot accept any kind of compensation since we don't feel the guest had such a bad impact"

The tableware was dirty.
