Amazing location. Well equipped and spacious apartment

Great stay

geographical location, very good mattress.

close to the railway tracks. it would be nice to update the repair. there is very little space inside. on the second day there were problems with the sewerage and the room was flooded, they cleaned it only on the third day. there is no oven, dishes are also minimal.

They canceled my reservation 15 minutes before check in without trying to contact me for a new credit card, since i had changed it due to fraud. I was then stuck in town with no place and had to spend significantly more to get a last minute booking somewhere else, even though i called them with a new card. Their response was simply "there is nothing we can do, it has been canceled"

The air conditioning unit was too noisy

The door codes worked fine for us, but not until check-in time at 4pm. There are separate codes for the unit as well as the access gates to the property. The location as far as proximity to the River Walk and River Trolley was fantastic. The unit was spacious and recently remodeled, large windows allow for a lot of light. Free WiFi. Very large refrigerator and a nice oven/stove. Bathroom was small but well stocked with supplies. Huge closet! The complex is gated, which felt very secure, and had a nice garden area centrally located to all units. Free onsite parking was a plus, management was very responsive to questions/issues.

The unit was not ready on time, we opened the door to an uncleaned unit with trash, an unmade bed and dirty dishes. This was taken care of by management immediately with our text, but was a disappointment. The sofa bed (like many in our experience) was not comfortable. No dishwasher, all dishes are handwashed. The location is close to the river, however it is also close to a large number of nightclubs and people at the clubs were using the free parking that was attached to the apartments complex until 3am. This led to party revelers at all hours of the night in the parking alley. Unfortunately our unit was located at the corner looking over the parking alley, other units may not have had the same issue. Train is bit loud at night, not too bad though.

My stay was excellent. It was clean and cozy. I love the patio area which was private. It is in a very good location. I would stay again
