OYO Imperial Hotel

Staff are friendly (Both at reception and breakfast hall). I booked a single room and the room is spacious as compared with those offered by other hotels in the area. Breakfast offer is not luxurious but it is well sufficient with multiple choices. The location is convenient and nearby car park, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.

Thin walls - noisy from joining rooms

Very helpful receptionist, excellent breakfast, spacious spotless room with adjustable radiators in both the room and bathroom, plenty of parking and the bar IS open.

Despite Booking.com sending me a message telling me the bar was closed, it is open. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, so expect the corridors to be a bit tired, but they have prioritised the rooms and breakfast area, which is what matters. It will be a nice hotel once the renovation is completed.

Location and free parking were good for us. Breakfast was well cooked with great choice. Room facilities are basic, but clean

Sound leakage from nearby room/s in the early hours ?TV? Our twin room only had a bedside table beside one bed… on opposite sides of the room. Lift acting sluggishly on our last morning.
