Very clean , and welcoming . Welcomed dogs .

Perfect choice of cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice etc, with area to make own tea and toast as required. Cooked breakfast delicious. Friendly, helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble. Room was warm and cosy. Bed enormous and very comfortable. Lots of room to hang clothes with hangers. Bathroom clean. Extremely dog friendly with dog treats in room plus feeding bowls, towel and mat for bed.

We had no complaints at all but did notice there were two eggs for breakfast one day and only one egg the next. There was more than enough food on the plate with the bacon, sausage, black pudding, mushroom and baked beans as well, but we wondered why the difference. Information on how to use the shower would be helpful.

A beautiful country pub with excellent value accommodation. Attentive friendly staff. Superb breakfast. Good quality food served in the evening.

Great location near Holt and other good places in Norfolk, friendly staff, good parking and a very comfortable bedroom with everything we needed, a large bed and good bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay when you're out and about most of the day. Good value for Norfolk.
